Our schedule is subject to change based on membership and popularity as we want to cater to our members’ needs as much as possible. That being said, our interactive schedule can be found at http://www.blackoakathletics.com/schedule

Our fitness classes and gym are for everyone. We believe current fitness level, goals, and experience are not a limiting factor for anyone. We want to meet you wherever you’re at and help you grow and build from there. Any movement can and will be scaled to the members’ level.

A 60 minute class includes:
A coach led warm up
Focused and progressive skill or strength work
A targeted conditioning workout
Cool-down or moblility
You will always know what you’re doing, have a plan laid out before you, and feel supported throughout.

This is closer to personal training than it is to a large box gym. We are keeping our classes intentionally small for now so our coaches can focus on coaching and getting to know our members. You won’t feel like a wallflower.

Only if you want it to be.
We will track scores throughout the day for members to compare. That being said, we encourage you to compare you to yourself when you first came in.
We’re here to help you achieve your goals, whatever they are.

We scale movements and modify workouts. Our goal is progress, not pushing you through pain or risking injury.
